Hello, I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me a bit more about this wrench I just picked up for $4. I think it's from 50s or 60s, but I'm not positive.

Sorry, I had forgot imgur urls break on GJ. I updated the main post with working pics.
But that is the exact same wrench I bought. Majority of my tools came from thepackrats, great seller!
