eBay has singles. I haven't seen any in HD yet. Someone said recently the Ridgids were on sale at their store. Maybe that was in preparation for swapping the singles from X4 to 5. That was not the case in two stores I checked this weekend, but this area seems to lag behind other parts of the country in that regard.

My store only had the 5 piece set. Only tried the impact driver. The lights on the drivers are really nice.
