I picked up a Ridgid 535 off craigslist yesterday for $500.00 and very happy about it. My question is where does the cutting oil come out at ?
Thanks

The die slides into that cast piece, you can have another size set up ready to go, IMO much easier than swapping out the dies themselves.
Anyway that cast piece is basically an oil galley that feeds the piece holding the dies.

Think jerseys right. That model feeds oil through the slide and into the die holder. Btw you got a you **** coming for that price if it's in good working condition.

from the manual:
Current 535 Machines have an automatic oiling
system that brings oil to the work through the die
head. Machines made prior to June 1, 1996
have an oil spout which must be swung to the
down position to flood dies with oil.

first thing to do is remove that screen and clean all the **** off the intake
the very fine particles will ruin the pump, larger ones clog the pickup .
Nice machine you have there. I prefer the sideoilers if you will.

Do this.
The screen in the tray catches the big chips, but the tiny shavings and metal dust fall right through and get caught on the screen on the oil pump.
Check the wheel in the pipe cutter as well. Replace if its dull. A dull wheel is a PITA to cut with and a new wheel will amaze you with how fast and clean it cuts.
