Hey everyone. I knew I had this old pipe wrench but never really thought about how old it is. It’s quite a bit different than the more modern ridgids I have. Any ideas on age?

Hello,
I have a collection of vintage Ridgid Jaw Hooks, some squared off and some rounded.
I have read a few posts regarding the codes and pre-war/post-war dates. I would like to know more
about the collection and it's value. What is the best way to find that out?

I think that jaw is for a 48” wrench.

Dang, Humber. That thing is huge! It’s a good thing it’s aluminum or it would be difficult to pick up. I like the aluminum Ridgids as users.
The only way I know to value a collection of that type would be to list it on eBay and see what kind of bids it gets.

These have an automotive use to hold a crankshaft pulley while undoing the nut.

All but gone are the days of stick shift gears to jam in gear with the handbrake on.

I've got one that is my favorite pipe wrench it gets a bath in BLO every once in a while. It's a great wrench

I took a felt pen and marked it right before I lent it to a neighbor. It must have worked because he returned it.
