I happened to get a $25 off $150 coupon in the mail from them. Added a couple pencils and got this deal. Thanks for the heads up.

Just got an email saying it's backordered. Guess too many people got in at that price. Hope it actually goes through and they don't cancel my order...

It is a good deal but the two compact wrenches look to be identical in all respects except for the drive size. The kit with the compact 3/8" and the full size 1/2" gun would be better for most folks on the Ridgid battery system who don't have an impact wrench already.

I was tempted the last time the two wrench compact kit was on sale, but decided to wait for a deal on just the comact 3/8" gun with another battery and charger. I guess if I didn't have a pretty full range of 3/8" drive impact sockets the compact 1/2 might have been more useful, but otherwise I didn't really see the point of having both the 1/2" and 3/8 compact.

I'm very happy with the 3/8". I had no problem removing (properly torqued) wheel lugs and it gets into tight spots. It does not have the power of the full sized impact wrench though.

I agree. I saw that deal, and thought about it, but decided to pass. I have the full size 1/2 gun. It is really impressive. It doesnt have as much power as the Milwaukee gun, but I've been pleasantly suprised at the power. I've even though about selling my compressor. I hardly use it anymore, and havent used the impact since I bought this gun in 2019...

Sorry to revise an old thread here, but wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this kit (R86011) 1/2" mid torque with battery and charger? I've recently been buying Ridgid due to the LSA, and I have a couple of their tools under my belt. $199 CAD seems decent for the wrench, charger and battery, but I don't really need another charger...

Here's a link to preorder for anyone in Canada. https://www.homedepot.ca/product/ri...NOQ32WiKFghQgth9qpuQe1lNXTGQD-v_sV-XFnM_5n-kM
