Ridiculous Customer service from IR....

......ridiculously good! I picked up a filter/regulator piggyback during the Great IR Outlet Rush, and about one month after install it developed a leak by the pressure knob that I could not fix. Called IR, got a little run around b/c none of the CS people even knew they sold direct. Women said she could just send me a new one, or actually an equivalent as the one I had was out of stock. This all happened about 3pm Eastern yesterday. Come home today to an overnight USP package with new piggyback! Awesome service!

IR? Ingersoll-rand? yeah their products are sturdy.. don't know about customer service tho

Glad to hear you had a good expeirance with their customer service. I need to contact them about a locked up die grinder I have and hope it goes just as well.
