Has anyone seen or seen for sale a pair of right angle side cutters.
The only pair that I can remember seeing were being used in a garage in the early 1970s.
Maxon makes a set of flush cut side cutters meant for model railroading hobbywork, as does Xuron. The Maxon ones are heavy duty, but I'd not cut steel wire/piano wire with them since you'll nick the jaws. Fine for softer stuff.
End nippers or offset end nippers? Lots of options.
