How long to charge a Rigid battery

I've had trouble with their 18 Volt batteries.
Have a set that wont take a charge anymore, that I bought new and hardly used.

Have been told:
Milwaukee takes 1 hour to charge...can't wait that long
Makita takes 15 minutes ... but the batteries are fried after 2 years
Ridged seems to be between the two ... plus the possibility of battery replacement

My milwaukee m12 small batteries take 20 minutes or so, maybe less. Haven't timed the bigger ones, but should be double as they are double capacity

12v is under 20 for me, never had any problems, excellent quality.
