I recently bought a Rigid orbital corded sander.
I registered it online and uploaded the receipt. So right now I'm waiting for the final confirmation.
In 2014, I bought 2 drill/driver/battery/charger kits. I also registered them online at that time. My Rigid dashboard show they are covered by the LSA. Both kits are still going strong and I never had to use the LSA so far.
At that time, in 2014, I remember mailing in the UPC code that I had to cut out of the box to finalize the LSA. I don't think there was an option to upload the receipt in 2014 and I don't have the original receipt anymore.
Even though my Rigid dashboard shows my 2014 kits are covered under the LSA, can they still ask for the original receipt?
