The 10" is still a nice unit. forward controls, dual lasers, adjustable angle clamp, ambidextrous safety, lighted(and lighter)and blades interchange with the table saw.

Decisions, decisions..... Think I'll hafta go with the 12"....unless some of you can convince me otherwise.

Go with the 12", you won't regret it. If you get the 10", you'll always hanker after the 12".

12 inches of anything is better than 10. For my use I have never liked lasers. Electronics don't make up for simple well made machinery. I like dewalts because of the verniers, they are so accurate.

After giving them a thorough once over, had to go with the 12. This will be a shop saw more than a job saw. Thanks for reaffirming what I already knew.:beer:

And my mistake, $170 off. just about paid for the stand. Got a "free" $120 4.0 a/h batt with a drill/impact driver set. Then scored another $130 by opening an account. Thought I had one already...but only the wife's name was on it. WOOT!!:rocker:

Note to self: Quit looking at those holiday sales. Going broke saving all this money.:headshake
