Kindof a dumb first post but I recently dropped my mag drill off my bench and now it's got a bad case of the wobbles. I'm not much with fixing machines but before ordering a new drill I thought I'd try to take it apart. Needed a ring clip pliers. Went to hf. Pos! Then auto zone, more expensive pos! They both have exchangeable heads. Not for me. I want to know where to get a set of quality pliers with dedicated jaws. No pos for me. Any ideas?
I was unable to get the arbor off despite eventually gritting the ring clips off. Will likely be getting a new mag drill, but for future use would like a good set of tools for the job

I got the Craftsman switchable kind... the ones with a switch to go between internal and external, and "bit" tips held with set screws. They're my preference, some seem to like the 30millionpiece kit of individuals.

You can get the small and medium ones individually for $20 or $25, or they have a kit of those 2 and the huge, ratcheting ones for $80 or so. They seem to be identical to the same style sold by lots of other companies.
