Anyone done it?? I want to make some 90 deg. bends so I can make apaint booth curtain utilizing the carriages that they have.

I tried it with some conversion to the roller but it did not work out well. I called Swagoffroad and they said they could make the rollers for it, just needed to send them the measurements.

For something like a curtain that is light and relatively slow moving, would cutting wedges out, bend and re-welding work?
Lots of little wedge cutsto make your straight piece into an arc.

About $100 a section, wow. I would think there would be some way to bend it and still have the rollers work.

Yeah, McMaster can be pricey! But my point was that the curved sections are available....

I'm sure there are cheaper places to get these..
