I love it, its heavy, I will be getting a hitch crane to move it out of the tahoe. Since it doubles for the garage and mobile toolbox
I got 5 kinds of wrenches up to 2"
I got almost all the sockets but axle and specialty that I need to add
I just wanted a complete tool assortment so tired of doing side work and not having a t60 or xxlong flex 10mm wrench when I need it.
The Cordless 1/2 3/8 1/4 ratchet and driver been worth not having air tools at home so far.
Need to mod my screwdriver holders lower so the lid closes, find room for powerprobe, 4lb sledge hammer, three more rows of sockets.

I work the road and customer location and never had any good storage solutions or enough tools

Nice setup, but I fear truck duty may take its toll on drawers and slides.

I agree bottom drawer is saggy but it works, I did some research my next step will be one of these. But not alot of feedback online, I would go Snap-on but 4 times the price I will take a gamble.

I needed a tool box for the back of my pick up and settled on a performax tobacco box from menards because I liked the drawer layout. Overall it's pretty good for $110 all though fully loaded, I don't think I'd trust the side handle to lift it now. Being only 12" deep, it's tippy so a made a frame mounted to the 2x4 to keep it up right.

i had my secured with a couple of ratchet straps in the back of my DD pickup.

i didnt have much weight in it, a few wrenches, sockets, welding clamps, ect.,
at the time, the new race shop didnt have any hand tools (yet), just the welder, plasma, air compressor, and a fridge full of beer.
it was a royal PITA

If it was 16" deep I don't think it would go anywhere. The little 6 drawer craftsman I had before it rode back there for 10 years and never tipped. I do a lot of side work service calls out of the back of the truck. Just did a gear pump on a 763 in guys shop

it's the same one i have in my service truck so it's pretty beat up...

I like my Montezuma, but really wanted drawers, and some stuff doesn't store well in the Montezuma. Found a Weatherguard Packrat box to put underneath the Montezuma and really happy with the setup now.

Weather guard makes a good product, the rat packs take a lot of abuse
I have looked at the those boxes but won't fit all I need. I do like the snapon roadbox with frame but they just want a fortune for it.

I had a big snap on bag full of tools but down sized to a 100 pc blue point set I snagged at a pawn shop for $100 and put the rest of my road tools in 3 zipper pouches I got from Wal-Mart which are great heavy duty ones that hold a lot. Downsized a lot as only need tools for roadside repairs ,don't wanna break down with kids in the car in the cold or don't want my wife to get stranded at least there's tools someone could use to help her but if that happens she knows to watch my stuff like a hawk and what each tool is and does and has me to walk her through mild fixes. Our car ***** its a ford focus she's had since new and it likes to **** out when we are far from home.

I pulled around the red 5 drawer every day for a year or so, worked out well. I had to brace the bottom with heavy steel plate, but that sucker held up well bouncing around on a trailer every day. I built a ramp and a hand winch system so I could load and unload easily.

If you could manage a folding HF trailer, one of those pit boxes would be ideal for you mobile mechanics.. im always surprised they are not more popular with people, even with guys always pushing their boxes around a shop..

Not cheap, but a small one like this seems like it would make life easy for the mobile guys. Or even one of the pit generator carts with a small top box thrown in instead of a generator.
