Have an opportunity to pick up a RI 853. Appears to be decent shape. Can anyone give me an approx value. I don't think the current owner realizes it is a swivel jaw. Thanks

That's a nice stout 4.5 inch jaw vise and they don't appear very often. If I found one of these in the wild, and it did not have weld repairs, cracks or broken parts I would cough up around 125 bucks for it. Keep in mind that vise prices where I live are pretty cheap.

Thanks for your feedback, Owner is asking 125. Didn't know if that is in ballpark or not. Still don't think he realiszes it is a swivel unit. Thanks again.
