Believe everything you are reading when you research this stuff. My garage is 625 sq ft. Ended up buying FOUR KITS to get a decent finish. I first bought 2 kits thinking it would be enough. It looked good when first applied. As it dried, 50% sucked into the concrete leaving an uneven finish of gloss and flat (see pic 1 & 2). The garage floor is 15 years old and I prepped the hell out of it. It was a smooth really nicely done concrete job. So when Rust Oleum says it's the concrete fault ask them how would a user know that with a primerless finish? Ask why would a 2.5 paint kit used in a 2.5 garage would need FOUR KITS. Anyway, now I'm knee deep and needed to fix this.
I hated the way it looked so I bought 2 more kits and laid down another coat. As i did with the first coat, i separated the part A and B bags so I could mix the gray bags all together to insure no color variation in the grey. Somehow on the second coat, there was a variation in color!!! To make matters worse, as the finish dried there was a separation of pigment where the two shades of color met(see pics 3 & 4). Never seen anything like it. It's not fisheyes because the gloss is there and there is no crater. This product is so unpredictable. The only good news is that at least I have a uniform high gloss look to the floor. Did I mention don't buy this stuff?
