So I used the rock solid kit for my 2.5 car garage. I thought I researched well but apparently not… I am 12 hours into it being laid/chips laid. I want to apply a clear coat for better protection, lock in the chips and make it less slippy with additives. I’ve read now that the clear coat of rock solid doesn’t hold up to UV protection. We have 2 very large windows in our garage. Is there a product compatible with rock solid that will still cure/adhere that’s uv resistant?

Hi, our 2-part Military Grade ArmorUltra topcoat or SPGX one part Polyurea is compatible with your coating. We would though recommend a light prep/sanding and then alcohol wipe down before coating with any topcoat, not just ours, since you will most likely be out of the recoat window which is normally 48 hours.

The 7-day window is only for recoats of more RockSolid - color coat or clear. It is not for other coatings.It says the revolt window is 7 days. Is that not true?
How long once spgx is applied are you able to drive/place things into garageThat seems like a long window. Not re prepping could lead to delamination.
