Rockler safety switch is on sale http://www.rockler.com/safety-power-tool-switch 29.99
In case you are wondering the switch is double pole internally rated at 18A 125 volts and 10A 250 volts. I couldn't find a UL marking anywhere but reviews have been favorable on Rockler's website. The paddle tends to pop off easily but pops right back on. That is to say, placement is important; out of the way of accidental bumps, but easily accessible to bump with your knee or hand.

Any idea if there is a free shipping code out there? I know they have them from time to time which would make this deal work for me as I have been needing one of these.

In the industrial world they are called E-Stops or Emergency Stops. Required on most moving equipment.

If the contact rating is not enough...then you use the switch to power one or more relays.

mrbreez....that would be the solution for you...simple 120vac DP relay with contacts rated for the voltage and current.
