Hoping to find a replacement wheel guard cover. This Rockwell is the same as Delta (Same model number) and has a 1/3hp Baldor motor. The cover is cast and I don't have the missing piece. Thanks for your help - Mike
*photos rotated - I don't know why - sorry

It is a Baldor grinder rebadged for Rockwell. You might try calling Baldor and asking them if they still have that cover available. I have the same Rockwell Single Voltage Grinder, but it might be slightly newer and has the vented cast iron guards.

A rosebud torch and a ball pein hammer would form that dimple pretty well. Good idea to have a piece of tube or pipe to be a "rough form". 1/4" thickness would last generations. 1/8" would probably be quite functional.

Trace the rest out and bandsaw, file + sand smooth.

Paint.

Profit. ;)
