At work we have a 14" Rockwell and I have been trying to find a carriage stop and steady rest but so far all of my efforts have been for naught. At least in finding something online that is listed to fit the machine.

So, my question for you guys is, does anyone know of any other makes that have the same bed and V size that those parts may swap over to our lathe?

Here's a pic the the lathe in question. Same model but not the actual machine I use.

Pretty unlikely you'll find a different maker lathe with accessories that will bolt right up. A carriage stop is pretty simple to make, be surprised if there aren't some generic plans floating around the web somewhere. Steady rests can be adapted with some machine work, find one about the right size or a little smaller, then machine an adapter plate to fit your bed. I modified a steady to fit my Jet 12" without using an adapter, but that's a little trickier. Need to take careful measurements and spend some time looking at different steadies to find one that has "meat" available where you want to machine. I have an orphan steady of unknown provenance that you may be able to adapt, think it's for a lathe about that size, sell it cheap.

I have seen plans for the stop and even watched Keith Ruckers video where he made a pretty cool one but figured I'd ask before I try and go that route.

I do have an old J head Bridgeport there as well so making one would't be unreasonable aside from finding the time to do it :eyecrazy:
