I just picked this up today and can't seem to find out much about the model. It says Series 34-770 and the SN is 1791. I am familiar with the Delta Serial numbers and can't figure this one out. The model (or series) 34-770 is hard to find online. I did find a manual that is about the same as this saw (attached) but it has little in the way of model info.
I think it was made around 1970. It is one of the heavy duty 10" saws that you'd find in the industrial catalogs. I've had a 34-426 and it is very similar.
This one has the big steel trunnions and the large arbor carriage. Adjusting the tilt stops is done from the top.
Oddly enough it has the small 1 5/8" Fence tubes and the fence head is like the ones found on the 9" saws.

Any idea what I have here?
