The bottom seal of my main garage door spans one of the contraction joints in the floor (pic below) and mice are chewing the seal and using it as ingress (and presumably egress).
Is anyone aware of a "rodent proof" seal and how to "bolster" the contraction joint to prevent such activity? I imagine I could just trowel some "mortar in a tube" to fill the joint locally but the mice may just chew holes in the seal elsewhere.
I'm having the floor ground and epoxied soon but the vendors that quoted didn't offer much in the way of ideas.
