Anyone using this compressor? How noisy is it?

I'm torn between the VT25BIG http://www.kmstools.com/rolair-contractors-compressor-11305

and the Campbell hausfield VT6319
http://www.kmstools.com/campbell-hausfeld-26-gallon-compressor-7041

The rolair is a 100% duty cycle compressor, that has a bigger payload than the CH which i cannot find any information on it's duty cycle. I want to run air nailers at home and blow dust around the shop and maybe use a cut off tool every once in while. Please let me know what you guys think.

Thanks

to run a cutoff tool you need some serious airflow in the range of 4-6 cfm at 90 psi for most airpowered cutoff tools

what im wondering about is with the rolair, being a 100% duty cycle compressor, should i be worried about the smaller tank size? it does deliver 6.1 cfm at 100 psi, which i think equate about 4.9 @ 90 psi. Being a 100% duty cycle does that mean that it always has that much pressure in the tank during use?
