I made this work table a couple years ago and thought it useful enough to share. I do a lot of cutting, sanding and grinding for various projects. I prefer to do that kind of work out in the driveway, rather than get the garage dirty. So I built this work table. The frame came from an old industrial sewing machine. I added a plywood to and an outlet box with 50' power cord. To hold the angle grinders a simple rack was made. Added wheels and it was done. With a built in outlet box, I have always have power close by for whatever tools are being used. If I need a vise, I have this one mounted on a heavy brake rotor that holds things securely.

It has proven to be a very handy addition to my garage.

Very nice. Wish I had room for one.

Lack of space was one reason I made it. My garage is crowded, so when the weather is nice I like to work outside. If its crappy I can still use it inside too. I keep buying grinders, so I need to add more rack space on the ends. I'll probably add a shelf underneath for spare grinding discs and other storage.

It is sturdy. A couple months ago I resurrected a 90 year old Ford model T pickup bed on it. It was strong enough to hold it and allowed me to roll it in/out of the garage to work on it.

I love the roll around concept for garage items. I warn everyone that comes in to not lean against anything, they're in for a surprise if they do!
I built my first roll around with my woodworking table. I can drop it to the floor with a kick of my foot. Now everything is going on wheels!
