Roll up door not closing

I just had a 40x40x14 eagle metal building with a 12x12 chain operated roll up garage door installed. Unfortunately the installers finished very late at night so I didn't catch it at the time, but the garage door doesn't stay closed on its own. When you let go of the chain after rolling it down, it rolls back up about 4 inches. You can close the latches while it's down to prevent it from going up, but I feel like that's going to get annoying after a while.

I've never had a chain roll up door before, so I'm not sure if this is normal. If not, is there an easy fix for this?

Roll it down, and insert the chain into the chain keeper that is bolted right behind it.

why can't you call them back to adjust it?

I had one do that several years ago. I'm not sure but I'm thinking we did not adjust it and it settles after a couple of weeks. Just call them I'm sure they would answer that question and adjust if necessary.

There's a spring mechanism internal to the drum and it is adjustable. I think they left it a little tight.
