Roll up door openers?

Can you install openers on these? Seems like a disaster if they ever bind and it keeps spinning the barrel. Mine seem to get hung up at the very top sometimes. I think the soring tension is a tad too high on a couple doors.
EDIT: Let me rephrase my stupidity. I know you can put them on. My question is about whether or not it's a good idea

There are roller door openers.
Look on ebay or from Vevor.

There are also so videos on youtube showing how to use a standard opener.
I did one of those on the small (8×8 ft) door on my shop.

Plenty of commercial buildings with roll up doors and electric openers. Why would yours be any different?
