Roll up door side seal

What’s the best way to close the gap between the frame and the roll up doors on a building. Doors are 14’ high and 12 wide. Trying to seal it the elements and bugs. I thought about using brush seals but not sure that’s the best to use.

Brush seals are probably the best option. I used them on mine and I could tell a difference. They also helped with door rattling in the wind.

I just have the "normal" vinyl seals like you see on home doors. Matter of fact i am getting ready to replace them after 22 years. They are getting very hard. My door is the same size as yours. This is basically the same as what I have. I got mine from a local garage door company.

If you dont find something local, try these guys: https://www.garagedoorweatherseal.com/product-category/brush-seals/. I went with their blade seals on my overhead sectional and those have worked very well. The rails arent inclined on rollup doors so the door will drag on the seals for the full length of travel, so you probably dont want blade seals.

Sorry, I missed that it was a "roll up" door. Not sure how the seals I use will work.
