Can the tracks for a roll up door be adjusted? Shop floor at new house cracked, causing one side of the door to not run up its tracks near the floor. door opening is now wider on one side since the floor cracked. Thanks!

Look at where the brackets are attached to the framing of the garage. Are the holes slotted? That's the adjustment. You can always move the brackets as well.

Typically they are slotted for adjustment in a couple different planes. However if the floor cracked and sank, there is no adjustment for that. If the floor isn't close to a plane (within the takeup capacity of the bottom gasket, there is not much hope.

No such luck. No adjustable brackets. It's just bolted straight in. Guess I'll call the garage door guys if you all don't have any other ideas. Oh and this is the roll up door that rolls up on itself, not the standard overhead.
