Built this last weekend to be able to roll around a 2.5 to military Rockwell that weights about 700lbs. I figured I'd make my first post a minor contribution.

1/4" 1x1 angle, some 1/4" plate, 4 casters and some 5/16's bolts:

That is pretty nice. I used to have some old pushmowers that I would strip off the motor and use the frame and handle to roll rearends around the shop with. That hole in the middle held them pretty well. I do realize your rear is much larger and heavier than mine for use with a pushmower body. Ha, that sounded wrong didn't it.

You should go over to shopfloortalk.com and post it in their fabrication thread.
Those guys are doing this kind of stuff all the time.
