Walmart stocks this model at $59 normal price. I have one and didn't like the wire top, so I made a wood top with cut out reliefs over the spots where the legs protrude from the top wire shelf. I screwed that to the top rack with some cleats below, added a plugin strip, extension cord hooks to wrap a cord to and made it another work cart.

In my case, I have it holding art supplies. But those wheels are actually pretty decent and this would be good in a work shop as well. The tubes are very light, so don't be pounding on it, but as a general purpose work cart, it's not bad at all.

Metro used to be the only source of that type, patent must have finally run out, with tons of cheap knockoff available in the last 10 years or so. I bought about 10 of the Seville rolling racks from a Costco outlet and use them to fill the center "aisle" of my storage unit and just roll them out for access to the rear of the storage.

All the parts are mix and match, with several types and brands of shelves etc. They will hold a LOT of weight, but can be fairly wiggly regardless of load. For a cart I much prefer the Rubbermaid grey plastic carts, less chance of scratching a car, more stable feeling even with a block (no heads) on the top.
