Rolling Ladder from bookstore

Gents,
I have a "COTTERMAN" Ladder from A Borders bookstore and twenty foot of the Piperail w/ brackets. I originally bought it for my garage but soon realized that it wont really meet my needs.

Anybody know the going price for such a item?

Where are you located?
My great, great uncle was Frank Cotterman, founder of the Cotterman Ladder Company. I never met him, but his wife was our "Aunt Dodie." I've wanted one of those ladders in my shop forever. I've got a 12-foot pallet rack it'd be perfect for.

Located in VA near Fredericksburg. Ladder size is 8'10 form stem to stern.

I priced one of those new a long time ago and recall it was upwards of $1K.

Online search shows kits from about $250-$1000, so looks like there's quite some variation in pricing.

Oak, it runs on rails and it doesn't take up a lot of floor space. I have 13'5" ceilings in my garage.
