Rollout polyvinyl garage flooring

Is this stuff any good. I want it for a garage that will have a swim spa and a car. It won't get a lot of abuse, just driving in and out once and a while and walking over to the pool. I don't want to spend a lot of money and time but I don't want to slip on cement when it is wet getting out of the pool. And I want it to look nice. Are there any brands that are especially bad or good. Any insite would be appreciated. I don't want to have to wait till it's warm enough to resurface the concrete in my garage to get my swim spa.

I have been selling it for over a decade. Great product. For your application though I would look at doing a pad out of tile, at least under the spa. You could do a drain tile or the rib tile of your budget allows. Much less slick because the water goes through.

In the MotorMat line you could do a coin checker for most of the garage and then have drain tile under or even around the SPA (put the spa directly on the concrete and tile up to it.

Justin's idea is good. For a little more money, you could install a decorative micro-chip foor and use polyurea-allaphatic-polyaspartic floor. Correctly installed, it has a slip resistant surface, resist tire marks, and will last you close to ever.
