Dumb question, what's the difference? I was not aware there was more then one style. I'm familiar with the 1/4 turn disks with the threaded plastic stud like these, https://www.amazon.com/07480-Roloc-Coarse-Surface-Conditioning/dp/B0002STR90/ref=sr_1_8?keywords=roloc&qid=1566876292&s=gateway&sr=8-8

So are these a TR or TS style?

Planning on getting a few of these & want to get the right ones the first time.

TR = male plastic connector on the disc
TS(M) = metal connector on disc

The ones in your link are TR
