I don't mean the 3M fiber discs that can strip rust off in a blink of an eye, but an actual metal grinding disc that I can use to smooth large burrs with, like you'd see on a 4 1/2" angle grinder. A 1.5 or 2" size would be perfect for the tight corners I'm trying to prep. Haven't seen one but wondered if there's something out there...

Yup. Check out use-enco. You can get them in every style mount.

The coarse sandpaper disks have always worked well for me. Deburring, smoothing casting marks, facing smaller hardware. What sort of burrs are you going after?

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm replacing part of my dad's truck bed (1983 Toyota) and in the corners I can't really get all of the edges and burrs trimmed with the cutoff disc.

The coarse sandpaper discs are an option but I thought it would be quicker/easier/cheaper to use a metal grinding disc in that situation.
