Romex sheathed wire crossing

[Kaizen]

Is there a code or general practice for two or more sheathed cables crossing each other? While I’m try to eliminate issues I’m finding I have to do this when running new wire and want to make sure there isn’t an isolator or something needed.

The wires running under floor joists are considered unprotected in many areas though.
