Rondy locking pliers

Anyone familiar with the brand "Rondy"? Doing some cleaning out and sheet metal work today, I dug out a pair of very heavy locking welding pliers with the name Rondy on them. No other COO or markings I can find. They are made very well, with cast jaws vs the more common stamped jaws you see on most welding pliers.

A google search shows they may have been associated with Facom?

I am more so looking for the history of the company, not a guess as to "they look like".

Any euro folks know the name? From what I have found they were associated with Facom.

The “Rondy” tool brand appears to be a private label tool brand from Groupe Rondy, a French corporation involved in wholesale distribution and storage.
I presume most if not all of the tools sold under the Rondy brand are private label rebrands from other manufacturers.
The Rondy power Tools I’ve seen look like they’re probably Asian rebrands, some of the hand tool sets also look like Asian rebrands.
It’s possible older tools might have been European made, or Japanese made, or that Rondy had/has multiple quality levels for different markets.
Without pictures of the actual welding pliers it’s hard to so who manufactured them, but if the pliers are locking type pliers they may be identifiable.
