Looks like B-vent to me, 5" B-vent will be aprox 5 1/2" od and 6" will be aprox 6 1/2". The flashing you have linked is for class A pipe which will have a 1" thick wall.

It looks to me like they may have skipped the storm collar on the one in your picture. Here is a short video for proper installation.

Looks like a standard 5" b vent flashing. In my area you need to buy them from hvac suppliers. You'll need a storm collar as well.
You do not seal the flashing to the pipe, you slip the storm collar on top and seal that to the pipe. Allows movement.

You may find best to replace pipe .. especially if single -- it's missing the collar. The collar is what keeps the water from running down the pipe and needs to be tight and unfortunately needs some caulk. You should not need any of that roof tar on the lower parts of the flashing.

Thanks guys. Im aware of the collar that should be on there and not to put the tar on the lower part. This was a rental for many years so im working on cleaning all the hacks up.

My issue is everything im finding is advertised as 6" but is for insulated pipe which i beleive has and ID of 6" but and OD of 8". I just have a 6" single wall pipe comming up. I have to try to find a local HVAC supplier.

You can by a 5” if needed and trim a little off. Works in a pinch. Up here any home supply store catties these and all roofing supply shops. By the way generally called furnace roof jack. Or furnace flashing. Chimneys are usually masonry of some kind.
