THANKS FOR HAVING ME

I HAVE A METAL BUILDIG ABOUT 30'x40'

I HAVE EXPLORED ALL AVENUES TO INSULATED THIS BUILDING RESONABLY PRICED BUT UNSUCESSFULL.
I THOUGHT MAYBE I SHOULD BUILT A "ROOM" INSIDE OF THE EXISTING BUILDING
I FEEL I COULD INSULATE, HEAT AND COOL IT BETTER.
ANY IDEAS APPRECIATED.

IT A AN "OVAL" SHAPED BUILDING?

THANKS

I would look into spray foam insulation. Goes on quick, insulates better than batts and adapts to any shape. Specify the thickness you want applied, choose your R value to be whatever you want. No dust, little mess, in and out of your shop in probably an afternoon at most.

Insulating the Pre-fab buildings is their MAJOR DRAWBACK.

I am using a combination of fanfold styrofoam panels/PLywwod strips/Radiant barrier F/B/F insulation

That's the reason I went with a Miracle Truss hybrid building. But that doesn't help you, does it?

I'd 2nd the spray insulation!
