I have a Roper Whitney model 68 stomp shear that I bought recently and needed to punch a small 3/8" hole but found out I don't have a L8 punch adapter. The punch is 1/2" wide at the base. I have the 1" adapter for the larger punches but couldn't find any spacer or sleeve in the three cases of punch/dies I got with the shear.
I checked the web but couldn't find anyone that sells them. I also checked that evil auction site but no luck. Does McMaster sell them or a similar store? If so, what do I look for?
