Hopefully at some point it will all go to serve a good purpose.
Snerk. Frankly, thirty-four (34) posts, on one page, in five (5) years, kind of proves you right!(ROSCO gets no respect.)

Passed on one of these just now. Kinda nasty, like everything in the box / bucket / bag that had been exposed to too much weather. Just wasn't feeling the cleanup for stuff I did not need.
You got me on Q1........Who made the twins - ROSCO, Stanley or ?
How do you remove the shafts when you are repurposing the handles?
You got me on Q1........
I hope one of our experts will chime in and answer
I'm curious too...
To remove a screwdriver handle, I just slip the box end of a wrench down the s d shaft....
Clamp the blade in a vise and smack the wrench with a rawhide mallet or a deadblow hammer....don't want to mar up a nice wrench
Handles pop right off with a couple of smacks

I was actually using an old rosco #2 phillips this week.^ 11/32" you'll find on U.S. made electrical stuff. Toasters. Older stuff, generally.
