Hi everyone,
I recently picked up a used 17" floor machine from CL with the intent of using it to maintain my VCT floors after they're installed, but I stumbled upon the fact that there are a few steel wire brushes available for these machines and wondered if anyone had any experience with them and what they might do for me in terms of prep? They're considerably cheaper than a diamond grinder but have no idea what they'd do to a floor. I'm picturing a prep good enough for VCT but maybe not for epoxy which is fine by me.

The brushes I'm referring to are:

Please share your opinions.

No kidding? By the looks of them, I thought they would do more than that, but I can't argue with facts. Thanks for the input.
