Rotary JK189B lift Question

Hi. I’m brand new here. I have this Rotary JK189B lift in my farm shop. We’ve used it for years. Had to replace the main seal a couple of times. The oil is a few inches below the dip stick. The oil is quite yellow. I think over the years I’ve got moisture in it from my air supply. I would like to change the oil. Does anyone know how to get all the oil out so I can put fresh in? What oil type? Any other servicing I should do while it’s drained? I’m quite mechanically inclined so I’m not afraid to take things apart. I have been noticing that when I let it down it will really get to rocking with a vehicle on it. Also I’m getting oil coming out of the exhaust when letting it down. I wish I could find a repair manual for it and where to get parts. I have posted some pics below. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you want to call or message instead of replying here my name is Ryan 620-355-5195. Thanks

I have found that just cheap ol aw32 or aw46 seems to work just great in these lifts. Haven’t plate with them a lot but know of quite a few guys with them. Out of curiosity what are the measure on lift height of yours? I measured from top of cylinder to bottom of top plate.. ie basically the shiny part lol.. I ve seen many different heights and it’s kinda odd to me mine is only 5ft

SVI International has an online library that might be helpful.
I used them a few years ago. I didn’t look for your model specifically, but the library includes manuals and parts diagrams.

Thanks. I tried looking my model up but can’t seem to find the manual for it. I may call them or Rotary.
