I picked up the same model lift three years ago for $1000.

I wish it was a asymetrical some times though, getting in and out of the car can be a pain.

The problem is with newer cars with automatics, you have to have the key in press on the brake and then it will let you put in neutral. Then I roll it into place so I don't have to squeeze out of the car. My older cars I just lean in the window put it in neutral and move the car.

If it didn't have the crossover plate between the posts, I'd consider it. Nothing I have is big or heavy, and I don't expect to ever have anything heavier than a pickup truck or mid sized car, but I just don't like that raised piece on the floor. What is in there? Cables? hydraulic lines? Wonder if they could be run overhead? It looks like an older model from the mounting base of the columns. I'm only an hour plus away. Grew up in Columbus.

There is one line and 2 cables. It is possible to recess the lift in the concrete 2 inches and place a flush plate over the cables and line, as per the install instructions. I just put the raised plate on it, really you learn to live with it.
