We have an issue with a Rotary 9000 lift. When pushing the button to raise, the motor will run and fluid will circulate, much like when you run it with the "lower" lever pulled with the motor running to flush the valve. This will happen half a dozen times and then will actually move fluid and raise the vehicle. This is completely random and raises normally when it actually does so.
Has to be a check valve or something failed. Any experience with this before I start to throw parts at it?
Motor is a little sluggish starting as well, but runs fine once it does, and I'll get a starter/capacitor for it as well.
Pt.# on the pump is FA7147. Lift is a SPOA9. This thing is probably 20 years old and has seen light use since new.
