We have a two Post Rotary lift, 9k capacity. It is installed in my father-in-laws old shop/home. The people looking at the house may not be interested in it. What is it worth? It is about 10 years old. We are just not sure what to do with it. Unfortunately, a shop where I could use it is not in the foreseeable future for me.

I'm assuming it is women moving in, because no man would NOT be interested in having a lift?.....:headscrat:bounce:

Ain't that the truth! We are not sure yet. We want the option of selling it if it means nothing to the buyer. To most of us, it is a highly desirable item, to others, they won't know what it is other than in the way. If that house was on some property......I would be all over it, for the shop.

Been chasing several lifts in that weight range at auction this last year and the cheap company named ones were bringing $1500-$2K. Would think a Rotary would bring a little more.

These all had to be removed by buyer as well, biggest reason why I passed on one at $1500.
