Sorry to jump in an old post. My dad used to work for Rotor Tool when they were in Euclid, OH before they closed it down and sent their product to other Cooper plants. I actually have one of the plastic prototypes.

So who really owns "Rotor" now, and who really owns "Cooper" now? Apex?
