New to this so hope I am posting correctly. Check out this Rotorway Piston Drill. Part of the handle is the fuel tank. Only info I have on it is and ads for it in popular mechanics in 1975. It is not seized up but I have not tried to fire it yet.

I've bought a couple Stihl and Tanaka gas drills to flip, over the years.
Sat on them for quite a while each time, but eventually got my asking price w/o much hassle, just a really limited market.
