Rotten Ledger

i had a pipe leak that ran into the house from the water heater. when I tore the
cieling out to replace the pipe, I found more water damage then I thought.
The Ledger board is rotten to where I can just pinch piecse of the board off.
How can I replace that Ledger board? It sits on the back extior brick wall of the house.
