So our house sold and we are building on a mountain. Will have a nice 3 car garage attached to house and will also be getting a detached garage.
My question is does anyone here want a “rough” floor?
I will probably have epoxy in the attached garage but am thinking about just a regular garage floor that gets dirty, oily, and messy. Here’s why: I had epoxy in the previous place and it was slick with my crutches. The new attached garage will be just for parking vehicles and detached will be for working on stuff.
I will have a 4 post lift and will be working underneath and wonder how slick it’ll be with a just a plain garage floor. Is it as slick as epoxy when you have spills?
Thoughts?
