still debating shops, give me a price off the top of your head for 24x24x10 with a 12/12 roof, small attic, need at least a 9x12 door, need the erected price on a concrete slab.

someone local may respond with some real numbers...not enough detail to price it.

but a note to look in to...it will be tough to get a 9' door in a 10 ft height unless you use special opener/mounting, and 12' wide may be a stretch on a 24' face for good structure unless you really beef up the headers.

10' and standard pitch trusses will leave you very little "attic" certainly not one you can stand in or use to store things, unless you specify a custom truss.

My 24x22 is stick built, 2x4" construction and was just under $12K complete. That includes electric and side wall r-19 insulation, 4-5" slab on minimal grade. Vinyl siding and 20 year architectural shingles to match the house

best of luck

I was just throwing out numbers, I need a door tall enough to bring a cab tractor inside. the width isn't necessary but it'd be nice to back my 11ft wide disc inside to work on it.

$13k plus site leveling, gravel, slab, permits and engineered drawings if needed in your jurisdiction

Leveling? dunno
Gravel $300
Slab $2500

low headroom track will take care of garage door opening but it is iffy if you will have enough room for an opener unless you add about 4 more inches to the sidewall.

You can't use a scissor truss to cheat because you want an attic.

no clue on pricing, but if your only throwing the disk in once in a while, just back in carefully, 12' is lots for an 11' disk, just don't rush. sadly its common to have about that kind of clearance in pro ag. shops (at least the 3-4 I have worked in, stuff is just to big!) so. would recommend to go as high as you can, loaders etc need high, that and the option of running a overhead hoist is a really sweet option if you can swing it.
