Because im selfish! 
It was concerning a very specific subject of how to adapt 1 5/8" round tube to Stromberg 97 carburetor bases for an intake im planning for an 81yr old car and a 71yr old engine. Resolution was being reminded by someome on the HAMB that there are carburetor adapter flanges to do almost exactly what i want for alot less work and a cleaner end product
3858 or 3859 should work
